Training and support for professional operations with UAVs
Drones and UAVs sector is in full expansion, with a rapid propagation in several markets thanks to the many applications that these systems support. This sector predicts to create new jobs and a high business in the coming years; so it is full booming, new applications are emerging daily and there is a need to have a qualified staff for the development and operation of these systems.
These great expectations are based on the ability of UAVs to suit to all types of applications and operations; moving rapidly over complicated or abrupt surfaces and to overcome any kind of difficulties, providing precise pictures and videos and a wide variety of data collected by different sensors. Now a days this technology can be functional for the energy industry (electricity, solar, wind and hydro), even for surveillance and defense or for audiovisual and agricultural industry, etc.
Because of the wide range of available applications and the specific needs of each of them, it becomes necessary, not only have a control system for UAVs with a high versatility, like the Veronte Autopilot platform, but to have the certainty that it will be possible to obtain the best performance thereof, thanks to a training and support service close to the customer. The presence of a professional technical service, available for staff training and support for the development of UAVs provides a high value to the project, increasing the performance of the developed platforms while internal time and development costs are deuced.

Training and support in the development of UAVs equipped with Veronte Autopilot
Embention´s technical support staff is dedicated to provide the UAV developer and integrator with a personalized service from the early stages of development (component selection, device integration, integration on platform,…) to the configuration for the real operation of the system (definition of flight phases, configuration of automatic event and actions, safety routines, definition of missions,…) providing support throughout the complete product development cycle, even including, support for system certification and services for customization.
Technical support provided for the integration and development of UAVs can occur remotely or in situ, according to project needs. Embention also makes private training courses in which deepens into the configuration and customization of the system, as well as, in the operation thereof, in order to form completely autonomous teams with a high grade of knowledge on the system and the ability to configure all kinds of behaviors and operations.
Training and support in UAVs for the use and practice of the Veronte Autopilot is offered in two different ways and with different platforms: Office Training, a course that incorporates both theoretical and practical classes with the HIL simulator; and Professional training, a course that also incorporates real flying practices. In both cases it will issue a certificate achievement on course completion.
In addition to the above, the purpose of the training and support in UAVs, is to facilitate thorough understanding of the capabilities of the Veronte Autopilot for the operation with the drones. Furthermore Embention has a great variety of low-cost training platforms used in instruction for system practice and a professional HIL flight simulator, aimed for both the formation and the development of systems.
