Embention reports record results in 2025 with €13.4 million in revenue and €6.6 million in EBITDA

EBITDA reached €6.6 million with a 49.0% margin, while revenue increased to €13.4 million and net income reached €5.0 million.


Embention announced its financial results for fiscal year 2025, delivering another record year of profitable growth and continued execution across its business programs.

The company generated €6.6 million in EBITDA during 2025, representing a 49.0% EBITDA margin, reflecting the scalability of Embention’s business model, the strength of its technology and disciplined operational execution.

Revenue reached €13.4 million, compared with €12.3 million in 2024, driven by the growing integration of Embention’s flight control systems, autopilots and critical avionics solutions across UAV, defense and advanced aerospace platforms. Net income reached €5.0 million, while operating cash flow amounted to €5.5 million.

Over the last three years, the company achieved a 64.3% revenue CAGR (FY22–FY25), demonstrating sustained demand for its technology and continued expansion across international markets.

Operational highlights

Throughout 2025, Embention continued to strengthen its technological and regulatory capabilities. The company achieved significant milestones with its POA (Production Organisation Approval) and APDOA (Alternative Procedures to Design Organisation Approval) approvals, while maintaining compliance with key aerospace standards including DO-178C, DO-254 and DO-160G.

These capabilities reinforce Embention’s position as a trusted partner for manufacturers and operators developing next-generation aerospace and defense systems, where certification, reliability and safety are critical requirements.

Growing global presence

Embention’s international footprint continued to expand during 2025, supported by a diversified customer base and growing demand across key markets.

  • 75.6% of revenue was generated in North America.
  • 15.4% came from Europe.
  • 8.2% originated in Asia.

The company now serves more than 600 customers across over 70 countries and has expanded its team to more than 180 employees, following workforce growth of over 213% during the last four years.

Strong financial position

Embention further strengthened its balance sheet during the year.

  • Total assets increased to €26.9 million.
  • Equity reached €16.9 million.
  • Operating cash flow totaled €5.5 million.
