Geomagnetic sensor technology offers high resolution, significant signal noise immunity, an expansive dynamic range, and elevated sampling rates.
The Veronte Avionics MEX magnetic compass is a powerful peripheral that includes functionalities to enhance the I/O connectivity in the Veronte Autopilot, reducing wiring in autonomous vehicles and increasing the number of devices in the system.

Veronte Avionics Mex, in addition to being a magnetometer, increases the number of devices in the system. MEX becomes a quick solution for increasing connectivity capacity and allowing wiring optimization, especially in large systems.
MEX increases the number of ports, adding RS232, PWM, RS485, I2C to Veronte Autopilot.
Redundant CAN bus increases data capacity, concentrating signals from other ports.
In the event of an anomaly or malfunction, Mex will isolate failing devices from the bus.
It uses magneto-inductive technology to measure the magnetic field in 3-axis.

Being offered in two different versions: Veronte MEX (is protected by an enclosure made of anodized aluminum 6061-T6) and Veronte MEX OEM (is smaller and lighter, but requires mechanical protection when installed). Both versions come with reverse polarity protection, ESD protection, and independent power supplies in order to ensure the robustness of the system.
