For certification purposes, the RPAS has been developed as a fully redundant system in all critical elements: power supply, actuators, control surfaces and more, all managed from the triple redundant autopilot.

Altea Project

Control System

EKO, developed by Embention, is a custom made control system including 3 Autopilot cores for providing triple redundancy to the system, all managed from a dissimilar microprocessor in compliance with DO178C and DO254.

System Development

FT- ALTEA is led by Flightech Systems, in charge of system development management. Embention´s role is the development of certifiable control systems and power management electronics to ensure the UAV certification.
