At Embention we have been on a clear mission for more than sixteen years, to enable drones to populate our skies. 

We provide our more than 600 customers in 70 countries with the development of avionics, critical components and high-performance software for their professional UAS (UAVs, drones, eVTOLs…) in accordance with aeronautical certification standards. 

The projects that our engineers carry out are very varied, from urban aerial mobility, through freight transport to space rocket recovery projects. 

The core of our company lies in our R&D team made up of more than 60 engineers with multiple specialities who, together with the rest of the team, form a total of 85 professionals with the same objective. 

Due to our IPO and the interest of the market, we are looking to expand our most important resource, the human resource. We open the doors to a new partner for our Computer Vision Engineering team. If you have experience in Computer Vision and feel attracted by our mission we are looking for you.

Mission 

To lead the expansion of the use of UAVs in various applications by developing innovative products. You will focus on enhancing the ability of UAVs to autonomously detect and avoid obstacles, eliminating the need for human intervention. 

Actions 

• Develop new products based on artificial vision through FPGA. 
• Develop image processing algorithms 
• Participate in and support the integration of such algorithms.
• Apply advanced computer vision and image processing techniques.
• Participate in the integration of Computer Vision projects, ensuring their correct functioning and performance.

• Knowledge of Visual-SLAM and its use in moving vehicles
• Experience in artificial vision systems and real-time image processing
• Experience in programming with C++
• Knowledge of OpenCV
• Experience in cross-compilation 
• Experience in Linux  
• Experience working with ROS
