At Embention we have been on a clear mission for more than sixteen years, to enable drones to populate our skies. 

We provide our more than 500 customers in 70 countries with the development of avionics, critical components and high-performance software for their professional UAS (UAVs, drones, eVTOLs…) in accordance with aeronautical certification standards. 

The projects that our engineers carry out are very varied, from urban aerial mobility, through freight transport to space rocket recovery projects. 

The core of our company lies in our R&D team made up of more than 60 engineers with multiple specialities who, together with the rest of the team, form a total of 85 professionals with the same objective. 

Due to our IPO and the interest of the market, we are looking to expand our most important resource, the human resource. We open the doors to a new partner for our continuous improvement team. If you have experience with CI/CD and feel attracted to our mission, we are looking for you.

 

Mission 

Standardize and improve production processes, ensuring product quality and complying with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards. Develop and implement efficient procedures, supervise their execution and achieve a successful transition to the updated standards. 

 

Actions

  • Develop, monitor and implement new production department processes according to industry standards. 
  • Lead the implementation of new standards and detection of improvements through the definition of value chains.
  • Participate in the creation of indicators, dynamics and actions involving continuous improvement
  • Collaborate in the resolution of process/safety problems by providing vision and operations to the manufacturing areas.

 

We need 

  • Knowledge in electronic engineering, industrial organization or similar. 
  • Knowledge of production processes and industrial standards
  • Proficiency with ERP’s, process management and documentation tools
  • Familiarity with quality standards ISO, AS/EN, IPC…
  • High organizational and planning skills 

 

We value

  • Experience in the unmanned vehicles sector
  • Experience with certifications: ISO 9001, EN9100 
  • 2 years of experience in similar positions
  • Fluent in English
