{"id":77394,"date":"2023-11-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-11-09T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.embention.com\/index.php\/2023\/11\/09\/tecnologia-igbt-control-de-motor-fiable-en-aeronautica\/"},"modified":"2023-12-07T15:28:16","modified_gmt":"2023-12-07T15:28:16","slug":"tecnologia-igbt-control-de-motor-fiable-en-aeronautica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.embention.com\/es\/noticias\/tecnologia-igbt-control-de-motor-fiable-en-aeronautica\/","title":{"rendered":"Tecnolog\u00eda IGBT: Control de motor fiable en aeron\u00e1utica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La industria <a href=\"https:\/\/www.embention.com\/es\/news\/veronte-mission-computer-para-habilitar-los-vuelos-comerciales-evtol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eVTOL<\/a> emergente y la incipiente electrificaci\u00f3n de la aviaci\u00f3n convencional hace necesario el desarrollo de dispositivos adaptados al control de motores para cubrir las necesidades de este tipo de aeronaves.<\/p>\n<p>Los controladores de motor (ESC) desempe\u00f1an un papel fundamental en la electrificaci\u00f3n de la industria de la aviaci\u00f3n, ya que comparten una serie de necesidades imprescindibles para la electrificaci\u00f3n del sector:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fiabilidad: Como cualquier otro componente aeron\u00e1utico, la fiabilidad es indispensable para garantizar la seguridad del vuelo.<\/li>\n<li>Peso reducido: En aeron\u00e1utica, la reducci\u00f3n del peso es un factor clave para optimizar el rendimiento de las aeronaves.<\/li>\n<li>Potencia alta: Una elevada potencia asegurar los empujes necesarios en eVTOL y aeronaves el\u00e9ctricas<\/li>\n<li>Voltaje elevado: Permite disminuir la corriente en el sistema reduciendo p\u00e9rdidas e interferencias.<\/li>\n<li>Disponibilidad: Una vez certificada la aeronave, es necesario asegurar disponibilidad por un periodo de tiempo razonable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el mercado existen diferentes tecnolog\u00edas para el control de motores. El uso de una u otra tecnolog\u00eda se aplica en funci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas del motor y de los requisitos espec\u00edficos de la aplicaci\u00f3n en la que se emplea, siendo las tecnolog\u00edas m\u00e1s utilizadas para el control de motores en la aviaci\u00f3n los IGBTs y los SiC MOSFET.<\/p>\n<h2>Control de motores el\u00e9ctricos en aviaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda SiC MOSFET es relativamente moderna y utiliza transistores que disponen de una frecuencia de conmutaci\u00f3n mayor que el resto de tecnolog\u00edas, lo que significa que permiten controlar los motores con una elevada velocidad, dando lugar a un control m\u00e1s preciso a altas revoluciones.<\/p>\n<p>El principal y mayor inconveniente de estos transistores est\u00e1 en que no son adecuados para controlar motores que necesiten potencias elevadas para funcionar. Pueden soportar altas tensiones con bajas corrientes o bajas tensiones con altas corrientes.<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, la tecnolog\u00eda IGBT ha sido la m\u00e1s utilizada hist\u00f3ricamente para el control de motores. Esta es una tecnolog\u00eda muy establecida y cimentada con muchos a\u00f1os de uso y pruebas en diversos sectores de la industria y la automoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro de las necesidades de la aviaci\u00f3n, este tipo de transistores son capaces de manejar motores de altas potencias, pero limitado a unas frecuencias de conmutaci\u00f3n menores. Unos cambios de velocidad del motor r\u00e1pido generar\u00edan picos de corriente que deteriorar\u00edan las bater\u00edas en el eVTOL.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la tolerancia a fallos, la tecnolog\u00eda IGBT ha demostrado ser m\u00e1s robusta ante situaciones de sobrecorriente y dispone de una mayor tolerancia a variaciones en la temperatura.<\/p>\n<h3>IGBTs para eVTOL y aviaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Embention desarrolla una l\u00ednea de controladoras de motor (ESC) para eVTOL y aeronaves el\u00e9ctricas.
