Una mejora en la eficiencia reduce el riesgo de rotura a largo plazo, ya que las p\u00e9rdidas se transforman en calor y es necesario disipar este calor de alguna manera.<\/p>\n<p>Los Controladores de Motor de Embention han sido dise\u00f1ados desde el primer momento bajo este concepto. Lo importante no es solamente el hardware, sino que el software tambi\u00e9n influye en el control t\u00e9rmico. En Embention hemos implementado FOC (conmutaci\u00f3n sinusoidal) en todos nuestros productos, optimizando el control t\u00e9rmico en controladoras de motor para eVTOL desde las etapas m\u00e1s tempranas del dise\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Control de software para el control t\u00e9rmico en controladores de motor<\/h2>\n<p>Para explicar de una forma visual c\u00f3mo afecta el tipo de software de control en el control t\u00e9rmico en controladores de motor, mostramos a continuaci\u00f3n dos im\u00e1genes. En la primera imagen el tipo de control es conmutaci\u00f3n en bloque y en la segunda es conmutaci\u00f3n con FOC.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es debido a que el variador disipa su energ\u00eda principalmente de 3 modos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Conducci\u00f3n del diodo intr\u00ednseco<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e9rdidas de conmutaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e9rdidas de conducci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Uno de los puntos de rotura m\u00e1s frecuentes es el diodo, sobre todo cuando se utiliza regeneraci\u00f3n, utilizando el algoritmo FOC reducimos el tiempo de conducci\u00f3n y aumentamos la fiabilidad del sistema. El control t\u00e9rmico en controladores de motor nos permite extender la vida \u00fatil de estos sistemas y la seguridad en aeronaves eVTOL. Siguiendo con la comparativa entre la conmutaci\u00f3n en bloque y la conmutaci\u00f3n sinusoidal,\u00a0 a continuaci\u00f3n podemos ver el porcentaje de p\u00e9rdidas totales observado en ambos casos.<\/p>\n<p>Otro punto importante en el control t\u00e9rmico en controladores de motor es cuando el variador se utiliza en ambientes con muy poco flujo de aire. Este problema lo solucionamos utilizando un material con muy alta emisividad, de alrededor de (\u03b5 =0.85). Todos los variadores Veronte eVTOL Motor Controller disponen de un disipador de aluminio anodizado.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los puntos d\u00e9biles de aquellos dise\u00f1os en los que existe una conexi\u00f3n externa (bater\u00eda y motor) es el punto de conexi\u00f3n. Nosotros utilizamos una tecnolog\u00eda en la que no se utiliza esta\u00f1o (resistividad el\u00e9ctrica muy alta), utilizamos presi\u00f3n para unir el conector a la placa electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Controlador de Motor Veronte dispone de todo tipo de sensores de temperatura, pudiendo guardar y dar alarmas en caso de temperaturas significativamente elevadas, permitiendo evitar llegar a la temperatura m\u00e1xima de funcionamiento seguro. En caso de no ser posible, los variadores Veronte disponen de fijaciones mec\u00e1nicas para la instalaci\u00f3n de un ventilador externo. Esto es \u00fatil cuando la instalaci\u00f3n de \u00e9ste se realiza en interior y\/o cuando no existe flujo de aire.<\/p>\n<p>Una disminuci\u00f3n de la temperatura de funcionamiento aumenta la vida \u00fatil de los condensadores internos. De hecho, este es el componente que determina la vida m\u00e1xima de la electr\u00f3nica de todos los dispositivos. Un condensador trabajando a su temperatura m\u00e1xima puede disminuir su vida \u00fatil hasta 10 a\u00f1os. Este es uno de los principales motivos por los que el control t\u00e9rmico en controladores de motor cobra especial importancia. A fin de garantizar una m\u00e1xima durabilidad y fiabilidad, el controlador de motor debe dise\u00f1arse de modo que\u00a0 la temperatura de trabajo sea siempre la m\u00ednima.
